i need some advice...

i need some advice for boosting my SAT score up. I just finished taking my 6th CB test and i got a total of 2170 (720 math, 720 v, 730 w / 9 Essay). Im really aiming for the high 2200's to get where I want to go, but im falling short by like 80 points, any advice how I could improve my score by Sat?

My verbal, ive been getting around 640-690, but i really pulled a miracle on this one..what should i do now to ensure I get the same results?

In are math, i get pretty much all of the easy question right, but at the end of 2 of the sections, I met two really nasty problems that I just couldn't get hopefully they'll be easier on the real SAT, but what should i do to be ready for those hard ones?

My writing, my grammer, im just continuously looking at my wrong answers..figuring out the best way to improve and stuff so theres not much room there, but my essay, i could really use some tips and advice to write a good essay, like could someone tell me what a generic essay that would earn a 6 would be?

Thank You so Much! I'm really getting nervous..

i know you are reading!! some advice please!!

The essay is something I was really freaked out about, but after working with my SAT tutor it's become second nature for me. On the first practice test I took I got a 6 on my essay, then a 7, and 12's on the last 3.

Longer isn't always better. Have an idea bank in your head or write it all over the test booklet. Idea bank meaning various examples from general areas that could apply to the topic at hand. General areas are literary works, politics, technology, history, personal experiences, etc. If you have some good ones there's a good chance you'll be able to apply at least two to the topic. That's what I've been doing and it's really helped me out.

i have preparted examples before the test..but i still get poor grades, i don't understand what is wrong with my writing..

If you have a lot of time before your next SAT test, you could prep for the CR by memorizing vocabulary, but it isn't necessary. I would highly suggest you to read, read, and read.

aprl 1st, yikes!

Oh wow. Well, try taking a CR section without timing yourself. Try to get everything right, and don't worry about the time. The goal is to not miss any questions. When you're done, check your answers. Look to see if there's a significant improvement. Ask yourself how/why you chose this answer over that.

Check out the Xiggi method if you haven't.
