I'm looking at colleges that are good for Journalism/Communications in the New York City metro area. Right now my list is:

Fordham at Lincoln Center - reach of all reaches, but if I get in, I will go.
Eugene Lang College - I'm pretty confident that I'll get in, but I'm not so sure about the after graduation employment prospects. In short, I don't know if it's worth the money.
CUNY Honors
Hofstra
Stony Brook

Really, I just need opinions. I'm leaning toward Hofstra as an alternative to Fordham at the moment, which surprises me. But NYC is such a short distance from Hempstead that I could go very frequently, and that's VERY enticing. I'm also looking at SUNYs Purchase and New Paltz, but at a lesser extent. The above list is really what I'm looking at.

Thank you in advance.
