I NEED SOME ASSISTANCE ON THESE SCHOOLS

Hello all, I would like for someone to just give me their absolute honest opinions on these schools I am about to apply to. I have taken the SAT and have my scores. Also, I have just taken the ACT just yesterday so no results yet. My SAT scores suck to heck. However, through a lot of research and things like that, I have come to find out that the SAT/ACT portions of your applications are really the least important to admission officers, which I agree with 100%! But anyway, can someone help me out on my chances? Im not trying to go to any Ivy league schools or schools I KNOW I'm not going to be able to go to. Im going to basic ole state universities really. So please, Im asking for honest and REALISTIC opinions here. Don't tell me that my SAT scores are god awful (I am FULLY aware that they are...) and I need to go to Community college, because I have seen MUCH worst from people going to schools just like the ones Im looking at. So I'm not a "lost cause" just because of a test. Here we go! :)

Now according to the state of Georgia,

"Freshman Index
The Freshman Index is calculated by combining the high school grade point average (GPA) with the highest earned SAT or ACT test scores. The high school GPA is calculated from the grades earned in the 16 College Preparatory Curriculum (CPC) courses for students graduating prior to 2012, or the 17 Required High School Curriculum (RHSC) courses for those students graduating 2012 or later.
The following formulas are used to calculate a student's freshman index:

Freshman Index =
(500 x High School GPA)
+ SAT Critical Reading + SAT Math

Research Institutions 2500
Regional Universities 2040
State Universities 1940
State and Two-Year College 1830 "

I have a 2380 "Freshman Index". So I "Technically" qualify only up to Regional universities, and not quite Research Institutions, which is fine I guess. :)
