<p>Hello everyone. I've read a dozen times that to send out teacher recs, you give two teachers empty, stamped envelopes, and recommendation forms of the colleges you want to apply to so they can fill them out. Now there are a couple of things I don't understand here. For some colleges such as macualy honors it says to refer two teachers via e-mail to the site so they can fill out an online rec. Also, if each college has a different recommendation form, how can one expect a teacher to fill out about 10 different forms for each student??? Isn't that a little insane?!? I'm just really confused about how this process works and I'm sorry if I didn't explain clearly (that's just how confused I am).</p>

<p>Generally, teachers will write one standard recommendation letter that they will send to all schools. What may vary slightly from school to school is the basic form, though these are often very similar and shouldn’t require too much extra effort.</p>
