I need some help guys!

Well my junior year is rapidly coming to a close, which means the scariest part of high school is right around the corner: choosing a college. A lot of my friends have already compiled lists with safety, reach and match schools, but I have absolutely no idea where to start! I would appreciate it a lot if you guys could suggest some safety/match/reach schools, here are some stats for reference:

SAT I (breakdown): 2250, 760CR, 780M, 710W
SAT II: Math II (800), my Literature and Chemistry scores are pending
Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): 3.9
AP (place score in parenthesis): Took AP USH, AP BC Calc, AP Chem, AP Lang and Comp, and AP Human Geography this year
Senior Year Course Load: AP Econ, AP Physics, AP Lit, AP Stat, AP Gov't and Politics, AP French
Major Awards (USAMO, Intel etc.): I don't want to go into too much detail about this because its really specific, but I won a national competition that was sponsored by Microsoft, where the objective was to invent a new product, AMC 12 School Winner, AIME Qualifier

Extracurriculars:
- Varsity Tennis Team - First Singles, Captain (2 years), MIP, All-State Team (4 years), trained in China/India during a few summers while my dad was on business there
- Tennis Instructor at Local Club - primarily teaching summer camps
- Sports Columnist at Town Newspaper
- Future Civic Leaders (Club Ambassador)
- Youth and Government (Senator)
- Head Hairstylist/Makeup Artist for Musical Theatre Productions at My School
- YouTube Beauty Channel - don't wanna get too specific here, but my channel has been pretty successful, I've been a YouTube partner for nearly two years now
- NHS (Peer Tutor), Private Tutor
- Girl Scouts (10 years), Gold Award, Volunteer with Girl Scouts around my area
- This is also very specific, but a friend and I started a baking company about a year and a half ago after my father lost his job. It is primarily run online, and my role is primarily to program/maintain our company's website and manage finances
- Jazz Orchestra, Concert Orchestra, self-taught Guitar and Piano

State: NJ
School Type: Public
Ethnicity: Asian
Gender: F

In addition to all of that stuff, I'd like a medium sized school that is co-ed, preferably somewhere on the East or in California. I don't have a preference between public and private schools, and I intend to double major in Business and Engineering (also known as Management Science and Engineering at certain schools). Thanks to everyone in advance, I appreciate any advice, suggestions, or feedback
