Hi, I took the SAT, and my score is 1930. I would really like to improve at least 200 points. I know this is a relatively hard to achieve improvement. I am a sophomore, and I take senior classes at my high school. I'm usually done my homework around 9 everyday, and I have several more hours until I go to bed. I really would like to kknow what I should do to improve as much as possible. I have the most trouble in critical reading, but it is steadily improving. Everything else, I just need practice. If someone could give me a study schedule for a week, I would love it! I have the blue book, Barron's Critical Reading, several SAT practice tests, Direct Hits, and 1000 Most Common SAT Words. I don't know how much is too little or too much. I want to do a variety of things while working enough on certain aspects. Please someone help me improve. I want to get a 2150 by the end of junior year. Thank you!

Just keeping doing practice tests. That’s the best advice anyone can give. When you find a problem when you’re taking them (like not knowing how to do a type of math problem or not knowing a grammar rule), then work on that for awhile. Otherwise, just keep chugging away.

Maybe try doing 1-2 sections a night. I mean, you’re a sophomore, so you’ve got plenty of time. You don’t really need a schedule or anything yet.
