I need to make 4 point jump by september..
is this possible?
I took act 2 times and I got same scores..
and I think I'm starting to give up on ACT..
september will be my last chance at ACT and I'm not going to take SAT..
Any suggestions?

Hmm....honestly my instinct says no. Unless you study insanely, but since you haven't done that yet, human nature says you never will. Take it again, but don't hope for too much. I did a 5 point jump but that was over the course of 3 tests and three years....(29,32,34)

i need to make a 4 point jump tooo but this was my first time and i ran out of time on all sections, so i think ill be able to...hopefully if i study insanely and get used to the timeess

You can make the jump if you really try. If you take practice tests just in the subjects you perform poorly in (it was science and reading for me) and really study WHY you missed the ones you miss, you'll be able to recognize that the ACT uses the same types of questions over and over and over again. When I did my practice tests, I would split it up, and do one passage at a time. It made it less daunting. Be sure you time yourself though! Working on speed and endurance is very important.

my advice---find a library and study with a fellow ACT'er....a good 2-3 hours solid per day will help a ton....also, the friend can help you if you dont know something or vice versa...working well for me so far

I need a 2 to 3 point jump so I am taking a Princeton Review prep course
I recommend any course cuz it forces you to study (I am assuming you can afford it)

YES! i did that exact thing! i started after july 4th (gave myself a month after school to relax) and i literally bought every single prep book at borders, no matter how much "harder" the books were than the big red ACT book (i finished that before). i went through all of them from page 1 until the end, took every practice section and test. and this was 10 weeks of intense intense studying. you can do it if you have the determination and will power. i didnt take any prep course for the ACT. but even if you take a course, you cant sit on your ass doing nothing and expect a 4 point increase out of no where. YOU HAVE TO DO THE WORK AND THE STUDYING.
