I need to start applying.... best place?

Hello,
I am going to be a Senior this upcoming year. Here are some of my "honors":
-4.32 Cumlitive GPA (4.0 unweighted)
-Class of 2007 Valedictorian (of around 200) (as it stands now)
-Some Classes taken (or will be taking): AP Chem, APUSH, AP Lang, AP Lit, AP Government, AP Calculus, Computer Science I, Advanced Computer Science (College)
-National Honor Society Member
-Chess Club President
-FBLA Member (State Qualification 2006)
-Science Club Member
-Academic Letter: 3 Years
-ACT Score: 22
-Baseball (two years)
-Intramural Basketball (three years)
-Webpage Design/Graphics Design (Five+ years)
-Rubiks Cube:Best Solve: 21.xx seconds (http://www.pjk.has.it)

As you can see, my ACT is pretty much ruining my appearance. I am confident that if I can raise my ACT score, I can get a full ride to pretty much anywhere in the state. But I really don't believe the scores that ACT reports, therefore, I'll probably have to live with it. I am going to try maybe one more time. Where can I apply for scholarships? I hope to attend the Colorado School of Mines, how can I go about getting scholarships there? Thanks
Patrick

why would you get a full ride to any state school?

Well, if I can raise my score to a 32-36, that will put me in the top running for this scholarship in the state that provides full tuition and fees anywhere in the state. 3200 Applications are handed out, only 900 come back usually, and 50 people actually get it. So my chances would be high. The only problem is, the deadline to register for that is Nov. 1, and I cant retake the ACT until late October. I am now looking to find other scholarships that I can apply for.

Well here is scholarship info from CSM:
http://www.finaid.mines.edu/PR_Sch.html
and if you are in state then tuition/room&board is under $20,000 which is not too bad anyway.

Well, $20k isnt bad compared to some, but that is $20k loaned each year. I am paying for this on my own. I am hoping to get some type of scholarship(s) to cut that in half, at least. I checked out that link before, but thanks for posting it.

Where can I find some private funded scholarships to apply for?
