I need your advice upon this matter !

I'm an international student and never in my whole life take a US His course. But I was still foolhardy enough to pick US His as one of my SAT II subject tests.I took it two months ago and frankly saying, my score is lower than 600. So, how will colleges look upon this, given the fact that I'm an international student, never take a US History course, have no preparing materials and one of the few in my country choosing US His as one SAT II (yeah, you know full well the vast majority of Asians choose Physics and Chem, since these subjects are much easier to ace and don't take much time to prepare ;))
Will adcoms look upon it as intellectual curiosity or they just think this kid is mad beyond description cuz he chose a subject he knows he will never ever get a decent score ? ^^

honest opinion?

it wont look good. taking a test doesnt indicate intellectual curiosity. slef studying for a test on some unknown subject, then taking the test and acing it is what shows intellectual curiosity.

any other opinion ? ^^

maybe you should explain your situation in the part of your application labelled "additional information...like explain how you want them to interpret that score
