(click on "completing school forms", then "counselor specific instructions" then "I can't upload the transcript")

According to that link, it would seem she could send the transcript separate by mail, right? and I could still send in the rest of my application online?

If your counselor uses the online system to submit your Secondary School Report, he or she must upload an electronic version of your transcript with that form. If he or she cannot send the transcript electronically, they must submit the SSR via mail with the paper copy of your transcript. Colleges do not want to receive your SSR online and your transcript via mail.

And to add to MacGyver’s good-as-always advice, what your counselor does has no connection to what you do. Applicants can (and should) always apply online, even if your counselors and/or teachers choose to send their documents by mail.

Yes, as long as they (and future items) have your name and other requested info on there somewhere, the admissions people can stick all the stuff you send into your folder.
