I never took Honor classes in Freshman yr, no good :/

My UW GPA is a 92 overall.

Although it's not a bad GPA for the schools that I applied to, my classes during the Freshman and soph yr weren't rigorous enough.

I took no Honor classes in Freshman yr and only 2 honor classes, which were Math and Chemistry during my sophomore year. It is also one of the reasons why my WEIGHTED GPA is very bad. (my W GPA is a 95, while students who took lots of/all honor classes could have a 99 or 100)

I took all Honor and APs during my Junior yr, and I got a 90.67 UW (fall) and 94.33 UW (spring).

I'm only taking AP classes this year, although I didn't do that well on my mid-year report. (UW=88, with 3 Bs and 2 As)

Am I going to get penalized seriously?

I don't know if my schools are going to consider it, but I have been in this country for 4 years only.

Sorry if it's too long...

You appear to be taking the most rigorous program that your school offers for your junior year, and for your first semester senior year. These are the most important years/semesters for selective colleges.

Freshman year is a period of transition for many students. In practice many schools, including some of the most academic schools, don’t offer honors or AP courses during that year.

I don’t think you have any reason to worry about the rigor of your coursework.

Haha I think you’re perfectly fine- freshman/sophomore year don’t have nearly as much weight as Junior/Senior year.

Really, I think you’re good to go!
