I only put my name on the supplemental recommendation letter I gave

<p>...when it says to put your name, social security #, and secondary school.</p>

<p>Should I bother to go talk to the person and write my social security # and secondary school on the recommendation envelope?</p>

<p>I should add that my name is foreign and therefore (I'm guessing) probably unique to the applicant pool.</p>
