I put the wrong GPA on my application

When it asked for GPA, I put 3.5/4 unweighted. However, I just found out my unweighted is closer to a 3.43. Is this a problem? I was told that admissions officers feel like it's lying/cheating and is really bad to have on the application. What should I do?

I don’t think it will be a huge issue because adcoms will receive your transcript anyway, but if it really bothers you, I would just email the regional admissions director for each college you applied to via the Common App and tell them about the mistake.

Hmm i didnt even fill out my gpa info cause i was thinking the college would get the transcript

all right thanks, I emailed two of the schools (my number one and another) and I’ll see their replies sooner or later
