Your GPA seems low for your act score. What is you class rank? That matters more than the actual gpa number.

Your SAT1 score is fine but your GPA is low. And you should focus on 2 SAT2. There is no point to take both Math1 and Math2 as they are counted as one subject for requirement. If science or engineering is your intended major, you should do Math2 plus a science. 750 in Math2 is so-so for top schools. Are you a rising junior, or you just finished junior? It is not clear to me. Also, what is your SAT1 score break down?
You really need to have a very high class rank and rigorous course load to rescue your low GPA for most schools on your list.

Freshman year : English 1, honours physics, honours Spanish 2, honours geometry, world history 1
Sophomore year: honours algebra 2, honours chem, honours English 2, honors world history 2, honours Spanish 3
Junior year: precalc and trig, ap us, honors physics 2, honors Spanish 4, honors English 3, and honors bio
Senior year most likely: ap gov, ap physics c, ap ab calc, ap Spanish 5, ap bio, and honors English 4
I don’t want to say my exact grades but I started actually trying junior year and my unweighted gpa was a 3.9 and weighted 4.3. And my school doesn’t do class ranking

800 math, 740, 710 w

That GPA is quite low for the colleges you’re considering. Do attend a very rigorous high school? Are you in the top 10%? If not, you might have some trouble in admissions…

UC Berkeley: high reach
Carnegie Mellon: low reach
Cornell: mid reach
Johns Hopkins: low reach
McGill: high match / low reach
Northwestern: low reach
Tufts: low reach
Vandy: high match / low reach
Wesleyan: high match / low reach
WashU: high reach
Oxford: HIGH reach (fortunately for you, they don’t care about American grades, so your low GPA won’t mean much; they care a LOT about AP scores though!)

What are your AP scores and, more importantly (for US schools), what were your grades in the AP classes?

Your course load is moderate except for senior. So that may not help your low GPA much. However, your junior GPA of 3.9 does show a good upward trend that it may help.
Your SAT1 break down does not match up with your composite score of 2270. CR+M at 1540 is good. Your chance would depend on how do they value your GPA, EC, and essays.

im heading into my senior year and scored a 5 on apush test. and yes i attend a blue ribbon school and it is openly said that my school makes it too diffcult for students to succeed and according to my guidance counselor, colleges acknowledge this
