I have four choices right now.

Bard College...my first choice. I got a 29K package here. I really like the intellectual atmosphere and the small class sizes. My mom wrote an appeal letter for more money.

Hampshire College...my second choice. Waiting for my financial aid package. I was originally waitlisted, but I contacted admissions and they had me send a new analytical essay from class. They changed my decision to accepted. I love the structure of the school, I feel it will be best for me.

Clark University...a safety. I applied because they have a strong Psychology department, and I want to double major in Psychology and Philosophy. They gave me $14700 in scholarship, but my aid package only brought the cost to 20K (my EFC was 19Km without considered the two private school tuitions for my brothers...long story but we don't have any other option). My mom wrote an appeal letter.

University of Massachusetts: Amherst...my last choice safety. I didn't even get asked to be in the Honors program. I was invited into the Psychology Talent Advancement Program however, but I plan on self-studying for the AP test to test out of Psychology 101, which will make me ineliggable (bad spelling, I know). I only got $3500 in student loans here.

So what do I do? I'd love Bard, but I'm only willing to pay so much. I'm willing to have about 50K in loans aslong as I'm getting a solid education. My goal is to get a PhD, so I need a solid background. I'm really nervous...what do I do?
