I really need some help!!

Okay, this is kinda complicated. Right now I'm a sophomore, and I have some unusual plans for the rest of school.

06-07 is my junior year, but I'll technically be a senior because I'll be in senior math, have enough credits and I'll have done enough service learning hours. I'll graduate at the end of this year.

07-08 is supposed to be my senior year, but since I'll have graduated I'm taking a year off to do service projects abroad.

08-09 I'll be going to college with my high school class.

So, my question is:
Most scholarships require you be a high school senior graduating that year and attending college the next. My junior year I'll be a graduating senior but not going to college the next, and the year after my senior/gap year I'll be going to college. How do I apply to scholarships?! Anyone know how I should go about it? Thanks soooo much.
