I have a....
a) poor chance. I probably won't get in.
b) good chance. I might get in.
c) excellent chance. I will most definitely get in.

Please be honest.

More EC (more volunteering and clubs) + great essay + amazing recs + good grades for the first semester + apply early = good chance to get in (no one can tell for sure) but you have a good chance with what I said

If you are instate, you have an excellent chance. OOS, a good chance. I would never say you’d have a poor chance. Remember to apply as early as possible.

i agree with the guy above

If you are in state, you are in fo sho
If you are OOS, probably will get in due to high SAT score

^ I would caution the OP to first calculate their UMichigan GPA (A+/- = 4.0, B+/- = 3.0, etc, and remove freshmen year from the equation) before accepting the validity of all these chances.

If you are in-state and your UMich GPA is around a 3.8 or above, I would say you have an excellent chance. But if you have a downward grade trend and a UMich GPA of a 3.7 then it’s more of a good/average chance.

OOS you have a good chance with a 3.8+, average chance with a 3.7, poor chance with anything below a 3.3 recalculated.

Hope this helps, and good luck in your endeavors!

That sucks. Where I come from 94-100 is an A, which means for my 93s and 92s I’m gonna get a 3.0…wow ■■■
