Well, to begin, i'm 18 and graduated homeschool last May. I didn't have anyone telling me to go to college and my parents didn't keep records, nor did they grade, so theres no way I can get a transcript. I assume most if not all colleges require transcripts? Are there any that don't?

Anyway, I figure there is no way I can get into college without a transcript. I was thinking perhaps a community college. Do they require transcripts? I was thinking if they don't, I could perhaps go for a few years and then transfer to a regular college. Would the college still require a high school transcript?

I find this whole process totally confusing. I really have no idea about anything college related. Also, i'm not sure if this is the right board to post this in.

Since your situation is unique, you should contact your local homeschooling association or check with your state’s department of education. I’m sure there are guidelines for students in situations like yours. It also might be helpful to contact the individual schools you’re interested in. They may have alternative requirements for home-schooled students. Completing a GED/community college program may be a viable pathway. A lot of this is going to depend on your state residency and the schools’ policies.

I think you should first figure out what college attracted you and you want to go to that college, then you need to contact directly the Admission officer, telling him or her your unique situation and ask him or her to give you some advice which will help you be well-prepared for your application.
