I really want to go to IU, but it was brought up if i was accepted/ denied i would probably have to attend summer courses 6-7 weeks before fall classes start to assure my admission. Pretty much i was told if i got denied i could be offered to do this program and then gain acceptance? i don’t know much about it and i was wondering what all details i need to know. would i revive something in the mail to apply to it?
I just did a Google search and it looks like you are talking about the Group Scholars program and from the website, it does look like there is a 7 week Summer program. I only glanced at the information but there is a website if you do a search for the Group Scholars Program at IU. That might give you answers to a lot of your questions.
Looks to be a program to help you prepare for the rigor of college work.
