I received a Duck Days Postcard, does that mean I was admitted?

Online it says the duck days is for interested juniors, admitted seniors, or transfer students and I am a senior who applied in September, still waiting my results.

How in the world are you still waiting on results? I applied January 15th and have already received an acceptance letter. I’m an Oregon resident, but still. Have you checked your status online? You should definitely have a decision by now. There must have been a mix up; check online and call the admissions office directly. This happened to a few friends of mine; applicants kind of slip through the cracks sometimes, unfortunately.

I only have like a 3.3 and 1600 but a load of extra-curriculurs incuding sports, service, high level jobs, etc.

My online status says moved to march review. But I thought it was interesting they sent me this.

I didn’t realize there was a waiting list for U of O. I’m sure if you show that you’re passionate about something, that can make up for a low GPA. Ducks are a passionate bunch, if nothing else! I think the postcard is something they send to every applicant, but best of luck!

Well, I received something although not the same but something akin to it. A week or so before I got in, I got a college scholars mail thing. The next following week I was accepted. Best of luck!

I don’t think I was put on any waiting listtttt, they just requested 7th semester transcripts and moved me to the march review file, apparently giving me a decision in late march.

But again, I was just wondering since I got this postcard that had a feeling of accepted students only. Guess not!
