I received mostly 3s on my AP tests in Junior year, do I send them in?

Sophmore year and junior year combined, I took four AP tests and received two 4s and two 3s. My two 4s were on World History and US History and I received the 3s on Lang and Physics B.

Since I only took 4 APs, I don't know if I should be including the 3s because they are low scores. I am taking 6 APs this year and planning on taking the AP exams for each one.

I know it says AP scores are optional, but will it look better for me just to record them?

You can’t score-select for AP score reporting, College Board just sends all of them in. If you got some 4’s, why not? That’s pretty good, especially if the school will give you college credit. Can’t really see how it can hurt you. 3 is passing anyways.

First of all, you don’t need to send AP scores for college application. So why would you worry.
Second, you only send the AP score after matriculation to the registrar office of the school you will attend. It is long after admission and they would not care if you get the AP credit or not. Only you care.
