<p>In practice, it really only takes a couple of weeks, and some schools get them online immediately.</p>
<p>They can't really make their final decisions until the midyear reports come in, anyway, and some schools don't send them until Feb...</p>

<p>Too bad Stanford doesn't accept January scores, though I don't see the point of that anyway..it'll still get there in time.</p>
