i sent a supplement..

<p>So I did ED. I sent a hard supplement to them by mail but forgot to label it with my ID number and SS number and name etc.</p>

<p>So I filled out my online supplement which was a short resume and three science abstracts. I attached a cover letter that said something like 'I apoligize for sending in this extra resume information, but I did it to clear up some vague stuff that was difficult to express on the app. Also, I forgot to write my ID number on the hard supplement. Sorry for the inconvenience. Here is my ID number. Thank you and I look forward to your decision."</p>

<p>Do you think this makes me look bad? I'm being paranoid about it.</p>

<p>i dunno, i also considered sending in a resume, but then i just kept reading about how vehemently they requested that we don’t send in supplements.</p>
