<p>I attend a public high school in suburban Philadelphia. It's ranked pretty high among public high schools in PA (8th in SE PA region this year). I was born in South Korea, and moved to US when I was a 4th grader (1997). My family is low income.</p>

Case Western- Around 80%, good chance for around $14000/yr scholarship
Lehigh- Around 70% chance- you should visit if you haven't already
Penn State Schreyer- Not sure. I'm applying as well, but really don't know how hard it is to get in.

<p>but i thought for case 1400+ on SAT CR and Math was 19,500/yr and 1300+ on SAT was 14,500/yr...</p>
