I should be fine right?

So today I found out I got accepted for Bus Econ. Yay. I also realized that on my application I put that I was taking Sociology 11 right now for spring. The thing is I was enrolled in that class and switched to Bio 121 instead which is marine biology, also a 3 unit UC transferable course. So I successfully added Bio 121 and then dropped Socio 11. I just reported the change to UCLA online.

My question is, this wont affect my acceptance right? i mean these classes have nothing to do with my major, the'yr just general classes. I personally don't think it will, I'm just really paranoid

anyone? please

It shouldn’t be a big deal as long as you report it, but don’t trust me-- call the admissions office.

I have a similar situation. How do you go about reporting it to them, does anyone know?

i called them and they told me to go on the ucla new bruin site or w/e its called and report the change which i did. i dont think it should be a big deal cuz with the classes im taking this spring im gna finish with 64 units, i didnt need that socio 11 for anything, just enrolled in it for fun and decided to take marine bio instead.

@abbeydora go on [New Bruins - Reporting Changes - Transfer Students - UCLA Undergraduate Admissions](http://www.admissions.ucla.edu/newbruins/tr/changes) and u can make ur changes there.

You should be ok! Just make you your GPA doesn’t drop. They are more concern about that.

ill give em a call tomorrow to make sure, im just so paranoid right now.

I’m in the same situation, just for Berkeley. We’ll hopefully get some info on this issue tomorrow!

im in the exact same situation. i got admitted under business econ at ucla too and also dropped a sociology class that i did not need in any way. did your admission page change from saying “congrats” to they were reviewing the changes?
