I somehow cannot accept my housing offer. HELP!!!!

I somehow cannot accept my housing offer. I was assigned Plaza Single/Shared Bath at RV, and I plan to get 14 Blue Meal Plan with the Payment Plan as quarterly payment.

After getting to the 9th page of the my Housing Application portal (the page’s title being “Contract and Payment Plan Agreement(18 and over)” ), I could not do anything because it is stated, with red font, that “You cannot proceed past this page at the moment. Please contact your administrator.” With this, I can enter neither my confirmation Email nor my Student Signature.

I am VERY anxious right now; I understand that the due date to accept the offer is May 12th 4 p.m. (PST). I am very worried that I might not be able to accept my housing offer before the date because my payment plan agreement (i.e. confirmation email and student signature) is somehow disabled at this moment.

I already contacted the UCLA Housing about this but they haven’t responded back.

Does anyone else have/had this problem? Should I contact anyone other than UCLA Housing?

Any other information would be greatly appreciated… I’m very very anxious right now

Take a breath, all will be fine. My D had similar problems when trying to SIR. Just to be safe, take a screen shot of the message for your records ( your email will establish paper trail and effort on your part. Instead of waiting for an email reply, give housing services a call right now (Phone: (310) 206-7011). If they can’t help you they’ll refer you to IT.

Also, I just saw this message under my daughters Housing:
“…May 9th Notice: we have temporarily shut off access to the Housing Portal for maintenance. Do worry though, we will have it back up in plenty of time for you to accept your housing offer!!
Access Housing Application & Offers (temporarily unavailable): UCLA Logon ID and password are required to access the new Housing StarRez portal. The housing portal is where you apply for housing and manage your housing preferences and offer…”

I actually received the same ‘contact your administrator’ message after I signed my contract and tried to proceed to the next page, but when I went back to my housing application status page, it showed that the contract was signed, and yesterday I received an email from ucla’s housing services telling me that I’ve accepted my housing offer and that my initial installment fee has already been posted on my bruinbill. Check you application status, if it says that contract has already been signed, just wait for an email from UCLA.

The same thing happened to my daughter! However, it all turned out fine since like QNBLUE, her status page showed the contract was signed. The next morning the first installment was posted to BruinBill and she received a confirmation email yesterday.
