Well, they are the only two colleges left on my list. And UT sent me several emails about how they got my FAFSA, but also how it can't be processed because I haven't been admitted to the University. They sent me mail telling me I had everything, is their Regular Decision just slow? I've seen plenty of other people on here that got in, without EA/ED, so I was just wondering if I'm behind, or have a problem.

Stanford I've heard is supposed to come out today, or something, or next week. I don't know everyone tells me different things. I'm pretty sure its going to be a rejection anyway. :P If people on here that got into MIT got in to Stanford, I don't stand much of a chance.

Did get in to OU, Brandeis (2nd sem. ***), and Rhodes though.

Anyhow, any info would be great. Sorry if this sort of post annoys the hell out of everyone.

Ugh... UT Austin is EXTREMELY slow in processing their applications. I submitted my application in October and waited until about a week ago when I found out that I was admitted into their "Coordinated Admittance Program"... Which basically means I was deferred to a satellite UT campus for a year.

Good luck with Austin though, its really THE place to experience college.

Yes, I live in Austin.
It depends. If you go to a school in Texas and are in top 10%, you can usually get your decision within a month.
Otherwise, yes-they are vveeerrrry slow. So don't worry.

All right, phew. Thanks a lot guys. Thanks for the Good luck as well. Man, I just hope I get in. I went there for a campus visit with my folks, verrry pretty campus, and I'd love to get into a completely new environment. Plus, Austin ALWAYS has something going on, great music and its ranked pretty high for public colleges.

I don't know, I have about a 50/50 chance of going there assuming I get in. I applied for the Toyota Community Scholars Scholarship for 20,000 to UT, and I get it, I'm definitely going.

But OU is pretty hellbent on keeping me here in OK because of OHLAP's Sooner Promise scholarship. Tuition, books and fees paid! Hard to pass up.

I don't know what I should do. But hopefully I can think about it more once they SEND ME MY FREAKIN' LETTERS!

Man. I feel for all the seniors on this site. We're all going insane at this point.

Stanford - tomorrow (I guess that's today) 3pm (Mountain / Pacific) - check your email, they sent out an email explaining how to check your decision online.

Omg...Okay so I checked my application online and they say that they don't have a ranked transcript, does that mean that my application has been voided? Because I haven't gotten anything in two weeks. Also, I never filled out an honors program application. They contacted me through the mail saying that I had everything, but now it says I don't have an official ranked transcript. And the ACT score they have is one point lower and much older than my best one(s). What the heck! DAHHH!
