I still havne't gotten ANYTHING from JHU

From what I heard, I am supposed to get a blue card by post once my application is complete.
It's already March, but I still haven't gotten any kind of mail from the college.
(I do get some general information e-mails once in a while and got the ISIS ID already)

Does this mean they haven't looked at my app at all yet?

I'd call them to sort things out. That's probably your best option at this point.

maybe they secretly knew your name on here was harvard44 and decided not to read it... ;)

i don't think i have either.

i havent either, and i dont think my friends have

I remember reading by AdmissionsDaniel that they don't send anything after the blue card saying they're processing your app.

I applied last year and I don't recall ever receiving an e-mail or a blue card.

i emailed jhu about my status, and they said that everything was there. i guess if you don't hear from them, it means that they got everything

If you have not been contacted by JHU then you can safely assume that your application has been received and is complete.

The only correspondence we have with applicants is the mailing of a blue postcard that confirms your application was received. Two weeks ago we contacted all applicants who were missing items via email or phone.

Some students (especially those with international addresses) do not receive the blue postcard because it gets lost in the mail. One student I know last year received the blue postcard in August, a week before she was going to move-in to Hopkins.

If you did not get a blue card, and are one of those very nervous students, then you can call the Admissions Office at 410-516-8171 to see if your application has been received and if it is complete.

PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT CONFIRM THE RECEIPT OF INDIVIDUAL ITEMS TO ONE'S APPLICATION ... ALL WE SAY IS IF IT IS COMPLETE, OR INCOMPLETE AND WHAT IS MISSING.
