<p>App and Supplement have been downloaded already by the school it says.</p>
<p>The confusing thing though is that it says my school forms 'aren't all submitted'. Both my teachers submitted theirs about a week ago and it reads "submitted" next to theirs. Is this thing here just cause my counseler is doing it by print? I think that's the case but w/ deadlines tommorrow I just want to make sure</p>

my teachers have them submitted and my counselor sent it offline by mail on the 21st, so its probably because they have NOT processed it and put it in the system. As long as they are sent and everything else is submitted then you are in good shape.</p>
<p>The Common App website is not involved in the actual processing of paper forms. The individual schools deal with those themselves, so the only way you will know whether they have been received is by checking your application status with the schools themselves.</p>
<p>My counselor submitted paper forms and my teachers submitted online, just like yours. The Common App website still says "Not All Submitted." Two schools so far have allowed me to check my application status online through their own websites, and they both say that my School Report has been received. So don't worry about it if you know it's been sent.</p>
<p>What if my counselor and teachers all submitted the recs online? Next to their individual names, I can see the start date and the submit date, and it indicates that all three have a submitted date. However my school form section is still a yellow box and say not all submitted. Is this normal?</p>
