<p>I submitted my application and it took about 2 weeks to get an email that said they had recieved all of my stuff.</p>
<p>to get your id you can email the admission office, they will give it to you no problem.</p>
<p>But dont you only need an ID if your missing material or dos it allow you to see the current status of your application and when your accepted.</p>

<p>well, when you log on and use your id, it will tell you if you are missing any current material…although the site takes a while to update. For early decision canidates, you can never really go to the page beyond, because it always says you are missing your first sememster senior grades. But otherwise, its nice to know you have everything else in. If you do have everything in, you will get an email from syracuse saying “we have recieved your application” a few weeks later. At least thats what happened to me…</p>

<p>Yeah, I just got an email today from Syracuse. It said that my application was recieved and that they would send me my SUID in the mail. It also said that I would be able to track the status of my application and whether or not I’m missing any material.</p>
