<p>“Actually, Ivies are all need-blind” I am not sure about all of the ivies, but I believe that they are ALL need blind for US students but most schools are not need blind for international kids. I, like secret, don’t want to squander dreams, but I think that for you to have a chance at an ivy(and all are of ivy caliber) you need to write stellar(like better than every one of the 30k essays that they receive each year), retake the SAT and get the writing up past 650, and explain the junior year grades(although the rank does suggest that at the school you attend most people do not do well as a junior. Anyways, I think you need to do a lot in a little time to have a shot an ivys. I don’t want to be excessively harsh but I think it is in your best interest to find some good safeties. GL
