<p>I just realized that dermatology is the perfect career for me. I was wondering what the job outlook is like. I know it's a very competitive field and that I should focus on pre-med before going into a specialized field. Any dermatologist or pre-med student wanna share their thoughts? also, which school is better pre-med -wise : upenn or columbia?</p>

Seems to me there will ALWAYS be teenagers with pimples, men with receeding hairlines, and melanoma patients who realized too late they shouldn’t have baked themselves when they were younger for that glamorous tan…</p>
