i think i just screwed myself big time

So I went to my math teacher and asked for a rec a couple of weeks ago to give him some time to start on it but when I went to give him a form he needed to fill out from the common apps, he said he already sent the letter of rec..... but without the teacher evaluation form. So he is resending the letter with the common apps form this time. But to make matters worse, I forgot to sign the common apps.....

<a href="http://img186.imageshack.us/img186/1347/commonapsej9.png%5B/url%5D">http://img186.imageshack.us/img186/1347/commonapsej9.png</a></p>

So how much will this hurt me?

the teacher rec wont matter, just make sure the letter is with the form, not a big deal =) happened to me, and they didnt care, even when i sent it in after the deadline (week late)

for the signature...technically you didnt release your app to them, and you didnt give permission for your school to send your transcript...
best advice? call each school and ask how you can fix it...they might just ask for a letter where you state that exact statement, sign and date it, and send it to them...but like i said, best thing to do is call, they'll help you for sure

well here's the thing. you have to give those teacher rec forms to 2 teachers and the counsellor and i signed it for the counsellor and the my english teacher. just not my math. will it matter that much?

Should not be an issue...

Yeah, not a big deal, just do all the legwork to straighten it out (i.e. call everyone) and you'll be fine. . .

So long as the recs have reached and are in your file, you have nothing to worry - forget about not signing. Just call the Univs or check the online status to make sure your recs are in your file.

if you can , just copy the statement on paper and sign it and send it to them.
