I think I might have filled in my scantron incorrectly for a section...

On a math section, which I am positive wasn't an experimental, I have a feeling I meant to skip and go back to a question early in the test but continued filling in the scantron as if I never skipped a question. (ex: I put the answer for #7 in the bubble for #6) Im expecting to get at the very least a 650 on the math section, so If I recieve a score in the 500's is there anything I can do?

no. the scantron is not going to assume what you intended to do.

I know, but if I did make an obvious mistake like the one I say I may have and turn it in to the cb to be handgraded, will they consider this?

yeah if you ask them to do a recheck and tell them your situation.
if it was just 1 or 2 mixed up, they’d be skeptical. but a lot, i’m sure they’d hand-grade.

Yes, but it costs money.
