<p>Your SATs and SATIIs are both very low in the eyes of the schools you’re applying to, and the ECs aren’t going to be able to cover them up. It’s a very high reach for HYPS and MIT; I know someone that got 800 on mathII and chem and a 790 on US and didn’t get into any of the above. </p>
<p>You have more chance at Chicago or JHU but still it’s a reach. If you’re in Cali you have more advantage for the UCs but you still need to kick your scores up a notch for Berkeley and UCLA.</p>
<p>As for your Stanford friend, legacy probably got him in.</p>
