I think I screwed up, or am I too modest?

You have several UCs on your list, so I am guessing you are in CA. Some UC info:

UC Berkeley, UCLA, and even UCSD get more and more selective each year - they each have approximately 50,000 applicants! (Cal and UCLA both had average SATs over 2000) UCSB is a good choice for you, and you might look into UCD and UCI as well. Here are the 2008 freshman profiles for all the UCs. Compare your information and see how you stack up: [University of California - Admissions](http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/undergrad_adm/selecting/camp_profiles.html)

You will need to re-calculate your GPA for the UCs: Use your soph and Jr years only. Only count UC-approved courses (no PE!) listed for your high school: https://doorways.ucop.edu/list/servlet.jsf;jsessionid=E1734002DBBCD8F44FE849C21476D257?_flowExecutionKey=_cD71E303D-1716-6211-02E6-CF7BF407A4BD_k12C0FA60-8A6B-CB54-3A72-53FC7BDBCB33 Add 1 extra point for each semester of UC-approved AP classes. Honors classes do not receive extra points and you are limited to only two extra GPA points in your sophmore year (one class, one extra pt per semester). You can find detailed instructions on calculating your GPA at the bottom of this page: http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/undergrad_adm/paths_to_adm/freshman/scholarship_reqs.html

Good luck!
