Hi everyone. While I was surfing on the website of this college, I read that they require TOEFL instead of SAT for international applicants as well as two subject tests. Do you think that I might be have chance for this college at early decision? Here is a part of my r

MIT does not have early decision so your chances of being admitted early decision are zero. MIT has early action but I think all internationals must apply regular action [what is usually called regular decision].

well, i should apply in regular action i guess. What’s the exact difference between early decision and early action?

Early decision is binding so if you are admitted you must attend [there are some exceptions if you do not receive sufficient financial aid]. Early action at MIT is non-binding so admitted students are under no obligation to attend. As you are international applicant you must apply regular action anyways though although many other colleges will still allow you to apply either early decision or early action.
