<p>Question: I've head some of you guys mention something akin to a TAP for Berkeley. However, whenever I talked to my counselors about it they told me that Berkeley doesnt have any kind of transfer guarantee/transfer priority sort-of program like that. Were they wrong? I haven't been able to find much information on this subject so just wondering if any of you guys knew. Just hoping that my chances for Cal aren't screwed, since I just got rejected from LA.</p>
<p>They do not have any guaranteed program with Berkeley, but they are suppose to have it with UCLA! Thats why im mad.</p>
