I took AP Courses in HS; How do I get College Credit for these Courses?

If you didn’t take the official AP exam given by the College Board under official, timed, proctored conditions in May, while in high school, for which you received an official score from the College Board, then you cannot now get college credit for it. That ship has sailed. You cannot take the AP exams this May. AP is for while you’re in high school. You’re done with high school. You can only do CLEP at this point.

Take a look at CLEP for ASU, to see which CLEP exams they MIGHT accept - no guarantee that they WILL accept. https://uoeee.asu.edu/exam/clep

Also take a look at this website, which offers vouchers for FREE CLEP exams. https://modernstates.org/

Figure out if you could possibly get CLEP credit towards graduation. Make a plan, and speak with an advisor in the registrar’s office at ASU, to make sure that they would accept a successful CLEP score for those particular credits. Then go for it. Modern States offers free online courses that prepare you for the CLEP exam, and then gives you a free voucher to take the exam.
