I took the SAT's with the wrong last name

I took the sat test in October 11 and everything went normally. Neither I nor the proctor noticed there was a letter missing from my last name. I went to get tested again today and the proctor didn't let me in because there was a letter missing. Does that mean that my previous score wont be counted? And can i get a refund or register for another test for free because they didn't let me in? I need answers asap. I'm panicking because people have told me they might cancel my previous score or send the wrong name to universities because of the missing letter.

Why not call the College Board to straighten it out? Between your birth date, social security number and school ID and/or legal ID, it should be fixable.

Contact College Board. Other than that…take a chill pill. Why are you taking another SAT test so soon, before you have received the other test score? Ugh…makes me sad that kids, either by themselves or through their parents are such grade grubber machines.

^^ The last test taken was in Oct; it is now Dec. The OP has received his previous scores.

@GA2012MOM well i live in another country and in this country we are allowed to take the sats only 4 times. October was my first time in junior year and i wanted December to be my second and last because i have to take the AP tests in May; which is the third test date and my school exams in June; the fourth test date.
