I transfer to another college, and now there're problems with TAP refund check. Help!

So this is my first semester in this new college,
I made changes online in FAFSA and TAP (NY state financial aid) website,
And I called to financial aid office to make sure the amount that I will received.
Now, when everyone get their refund check back, I find that I haven't received mine.
And after going through many different departments. I finally got to a right person to help me out. he told me that he need to switch the TAP from my old school to my new school.
He asked me to wait but right now he didnt see state govt has put me on the list.

My question is, since now is the end of the semester, actually, this semester is over, is there a chance that I wont get my refund back because my school hasn't yet see the amount (he said it takes time) to certify the award? I started to ask the question in the early time of this semester but I didn't find the right person. Now Im worrying about it!!
Anyone had same experience and willing to share, or anyone can tell me what to do, besides waiting?

Thank you in advance!

You will eventually get the monies due to you. Unfortunately the process is very slow. I would recommend contacting the same person in the same position at your previous school, to see if they have done their part in helping to move the process along.
