<p>You don’t really need to make a new thread if your old one is on the front page. Even then you could just bump it :)</p>

<p>Your grades are excellent, and your test scores are quite good [your SAT is near the lower end of the middle for Yale and Harvard and I think middle-to-top for the rest]. The SAT II scores are all fine.</p>

<p>Your ECs are solid [not spectacular]. Nice leadership, Eagle Scout and varsity Swimming are definite pluses. Same deal with the community service and awards - solid, but not necessarily great.</p>

<p>Overall I’d say you have a pretty strong app, although your ECs seems a <em>bit</em> laundry-list. IMO Yale and Harvard are mid-high reaches and the rest are low/match. I would be surprised if you didn’t get into at least 1 or maybe 2.</p>

<p>P.S. I wouldn’t include National Society of High School Scholars as an award. Admission is based almost entirely on ability to pay the fee, and as such it’s not very prestigious.</p>
