<p>Hi everyone, today I uploaded a word document with my photograph pasted into it to the Columbia application. When I viewed the document, the image quality had been hurt. It's not just that the image isn't sharp - some of the colors are gray, and the photo has become more pixel-y. Anyone else had this problem, or the solution?</p>

<p>try converting to pdf. maybe the quality is a little better. mine also became pixelated, but the colors didn’t change</p>
<p>Tubatina - The app doesn’t support jpg, but that would have been my first thought too. 
And thank you so much wg90210, I converted to pdf and the image is much better!</p>
<p>when u view the application the pdf is at 150% zoom. put it to 100% and everything will be normal…</p>
