Nice precocious, I just wish I can do that good on the 3rd!!! I even might go by your studying schedule. Do the practice tests really help that much?

i didn' t actually start studying until.. like.. 2 days ago?
i'm hoping that this first time will be my ONLY TIME. judging from the scores that i normally get from prep books, i'll be okay. but i'm really really scared.

Yeah, the practice tests helped a lot. The key point is to go over ALL of your mistakes (although the Xiggi method says you should go over what you got right as well so you can continue doing this on the actual, I simply didn't have enough time to do that) and make sure you know how to not make a similar mistake come the real deal.

Plus, because I was constantly doing the verbal sections and whatnot, whenever I saw an unfamiliar vocab word I'd jot it down somewhere and look it up later, just so I'd SEEN the word in some context before, in case it showed up later =) I also got used to some of the trends they had in the writing section, and I usually do pretty well in the math (being my strong point), give or take the last few questions.

I'm retaking on the 3rd again as well, simply because my parents are overachieving bums ("AIM FOR THAT 2300+!"), but yeah... I doubt it'll change by much, haha.

Good luck, and don't kill yourself with my study plan :( I'm a very last-minute person, but when I'm forced to study I'm very efficient (that's probably why it worked well for me...) However, it was very tedious doing an SAT test per day right up to test date ;(
