Ok, so I'd love to go to college somewhere in Boston, or maybe some other city...New York or Philly. What do you guys think are my chances?

GPA: 4.32 w
My school doesn't rank
SAT I: 750 CR, 710 M, 800 W
SAT II: Lit-750, Math II-660, taking Spanish in Nov.

My school has about 9 AP's, and by the time I graduate, I'll have 4 finished. I got a 4 on my AP US History test.

some minor EC'S:
Key Club- 2 years. class rep
FBLA- 2 years. Business Communication award, 5th in state
winter track- 2 years
part-time job filing stuff- 2 years
camp counselor- 1 summer
National Honor Society
cross country- 1 year
lacrosse- 1 year
spring track- 1 year

rec's are awesome, essays should be pretty good...hopefully...

Here are the colleges I was considering...I'm pretty sure I want to major in something in Communication, maybe Public Relations.

BOSTON
boston university
northeastern
boston college
emerson

I think you've got a great shot at those schools, from my limited knowledge. I have to disagree with vision - I love Boston. We have so many great universities, and the city is really the epitome of a college town. Yeah, I imagine the driving must suck if you learned somewhere else. But the snow is really part of the charm, right?

i think you should apply to some more reaches. your stats are about average for an ivy applicant..what's the harm in applying? if you want to stick to those cities you have columbia, upenn, princeton and harvard.

i dont think it matters.
Your stats will easily get u into steinhardt.
Or at least they should accept u.
Ur sat's are great,
and
i reccomend that u take the Act if u can
