I'm currently a freshman at Villanova. Everything is fine, professors, friends, dorm .....
I like Villanova, but UPenn is my dream school since high school so I'm still trying my best to get in there, it's not like Nova is not good.
So how can I transfer from Nova to UPenn in junior year ? I know that I have to get good grade, high level courses, many ECs. But how ?? This year I can get a total of 16 credits + 8 for AP exams -> 24 credits.
Are there any tips for me to better the chance to UPenn :| I hope I can get some responses from UPenner here

I’d say that just because UPenn may seem like your dream school, if you are truly happy at Villanova, why change your situation? Unless you are trying to attend Wharton, Villanova is a great school and I think you should re-consider. Anyways, basically just make sure you do well in classes, at least a 3.8, and try to get involved. Make friends with your professors as you’ll need a recommendation from at least 2 of them when you apply. Hope this helped.

^Well he’s obviously not TRULY happy if he’s not at his dream school, no? Don’t reconsider, follow your dreams! That’s all I wanted to say, not too sure what you have to do for transfer. Good luck!

Have you seen the Transfer 101 Thread? It has a lot of useful info.
