I want brown

<p>I am a cornell freshman, don’t really like it, had strong hs stats, didn’t get into brown as a freshman, but i know that brown takes a lot of transfers for some reason, i have no clue why, just like cornell, so what the heck.</p>

<p>My hs stats were strong, 97, 1450, 740/750/740 sat IIs, got into chicago, NW, Duke, and Cornell, Emory, and Rice</p>

<p>somehow i ended up at cornell…</p>

<p>Now, i am looking into transfer to UPenn or Brown. What do you think, what kind of first semester gpa do i need here?</p>

<p>Taking 16 credits for grade, 2 are pass/fail</p>

<p>I think that Brown requires one full year at another university before accepting transfers. Someone with more knowledge should chime in there.</p>
