Kidding aside, you have a lot to be proud of. Any one of those schools would benefit from your acceptance. GO FOT IT!

In at Dartmouth ED, that's all you need to know. I don't know why you're applying ED there, but w/e.

I also don't know why you are applying ED to Dartmouth, of all the schools you listed. I don't see you being denied at any of those colleges... and Dartmouth is hardly the most prestigious.

BandTenHut, maybe he isn't applying there for the prestige? (OMG GASP!! CAN THIS BE?!?)

All joking aside, you are an amazing candidate. Wow. Aim high!

lol...wow, thanks for the feedback guys! Actually, I visited Dartmouth, and fell in love with it, that's why :). I'm 99% sure I'm applying ED there...

Make sure you pack a sweater. Or 50.

i love dartmouth weather =) (Yes, wear a sweater- it does get quite chilly, which I like by the way.)

Dartmouth not the "most prestigious..." You guys are nuts.

well i looked so I have to comment..i wish I decided I want to go to a top school earlier

I adore the super-cold weather at Dartmouth.

you are totally in at dartmouth!

Are you seriously questioning the prestige of Dartmouth? Outside of HYPSM its next in line and is one of the best college experiences in the world to boot.

thats a really good resume. you will definitely get in.

why is everyone so confident he will get in? what is his hook? the internships and those perfect SAT II scores??

You're a great candidate for Dartmouth ED.

yeah, master, how can you not see that he'd get in? :P

in all seriousness, though, he has an excellent resume

be more specific

Well look at all parts of his app:
Grades: ok, not perfect but rank is decent.
Strength of Schedule: check (due to AP grades)
SAT scores: check
SAT II scores: Umm 800 in math/sci/hum thats good stuff
ECs: community serivce, 4 year varsity athelete, editor of newspaper, internships in good places check
Awards: AIME, AP, NMS check
Essays: ???
Recs: ???
should assume both decent due to writing abilities and involved in school
As long as the two unknowns don't screw you, you are in good shape.

Grades: Pretty good, probably like 4 or so B's
Rank: top 2% is really good
Schedule: 8 AP's up to junior year? That's great
SAT scores: won't get him in, won't keep him out
SAT II scores: perfect 800's; major plus
EC's: President of two clubs + Vice President of another club+Treasurer of yet another + Editor of Newspaper+ Varsity sport+ internship with Senator+ internship with newspaper= wow

Awards: AIME, national recognition on AP and Merit, some other minor awards in journalism, and some varsity letter, very good

With Dartmouth ED, I'd say you're in.
