I want to apply as a NYU transfer ...

<p>Hi everybody . I'm enrolled in a public university in NY (Baruch College) and I intend to apply as a transfer to NYU's Stern next year . please answer a couple of my questions ..</p>

<p>1 . What time should I be applying ? i know NYU Stern doesn't accept 2nd semester transfer and only sophomore transfers , so am i supposed to apply around the same time as I did when I was a senior in high school ? </p>

<p>2 . How hard is it getting in ? What would I be needing .. HS GPA , College GPA , courses (i'm taking micro eco and calculus atm ) , and will I need other credentials such as volunteer/work? </p>

<p>hs gpa : 3.7
SATs : low reading, 1890
a lot of volunteer and internship w/ recommendation letters ..</p>

<p>internal transfer from nyu cas to nyu stern is known to be devilishly difficult (near impossible)</p>

<p>i cant imagine external being any better whatever the case goodluck</p>
