I know I do not have a lot of awards or exceptional activities. However, I need your honest opinions whether if I do qualify for Harvard or not.

Okaaayyy, here we go. First, I hope you do not want to get into Harvard simply because its the most famous university known in India^^.

Now, you are obviously of the academic caliber to qualify for Harvard - you have a close to 4.0 GPA and excellent SAT scores for your pool (International). Now, assuming you apply this year, you can forget about your IB scores - They are predicted and predicted scores are worth = 0 and second they will not be available to Harvard by the time you apply. I guess they will simply “recognise” them, but with your High School grades they will hardly make a difference. The difference lies in the fact that you are a Valedictorian with the IB workload, and therefore you will definitely pass the “Can handle the workload at Harvard”. So, academically, I think you do qualify for Harvard.

In my opinion the problem lies in “the rest”. Your awards are all very impressive and your ECs show devotion, but none of them shows a passion or enthusiasm about your subject. The majority of students applying have your stats, and the majority of that have your ECs. That leaves you in a pool of about… 12,000 students perhaps? Now…think, how can you pass that? Do you…pay the bill? are a legacy? travel? have published articles?

I conclude you could definitely get in, if you show passion for your subject (which your post lacks; not necessarily your actual personality) and the rest is oustanding - essays, recommendations, interview. Good luck!
